Suddwick Homes International Ltd.

Todd Wickenheiser and Tim Suddaby founded Suddwick Homes International Ltd. in 2001, continuing a successful construction partnership originally begun back in 1987.

Our experience was earned in locations such as Tahara Japan, Anmore BC, West Van BC, Yang Suri South Korea, Deep Cove BC, Gamagori Japan, Whistler BC, Elmira Ont. and many more.

Suddwick Homes manages and constructs projects from the ground up.

Renewable energy is the beginning of any project for us. Geothermal, Solar PV, and Solar thermal are all possibilities with Suddwick . Trained by the CGC, Cansia, Nabcep, and the HRAI we have the knowledge and experience to make your renewable energy dream a reality.

We are a fully integrated construction company with a dynamic, educated staff.

Suddwicks’ stable of journeymen carpenters, and a talented group of apprentices are adept at creating a variety of structures, ranging from commercial LEED buildings, to Timber frame Resort homes, to high efficiency LEED for Homes homes, to Log homes, to commercial renovations.

Our handpicked group of employees hold a common goal above all else, excellence.

We enjoy collaborating with a number of local trades who hold the same ideals high.
